Delivery & Returns

Delivery
Orders are prepared within 25–30 business days from payment confirmation. 
Within the UAE
Delivery time: 3–5 business days. 
Shipping fee: AED 30.

International Shipping
Shipping fee: AED 150.
Estimated delivery time :7–10 business days Outside the UAE.

Orders are dispatched via an approved courier service (typically DHL or equivalent), and tracking details are provided once shipped.
Custom duties or import taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be:
• Unworn
• In original condition
• Returned with all original packaging and documentation
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom-made pieces
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Exchanges & Resizing
Ring resizing requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Resizing services are subject to additional fees depending on the design and manufacturing requirements.

Refunds
Refunds are processed within 15–20 business days after the item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
