Refund policy
Returns are accepted within seven days of delivery where a manufacturing defect is proven, or the delivered item does not match the approved specifications. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The item must be
- Unused and unworn, in its original condition
- Returned with the original invoice
- Returned with all packaging and certificates, where applicable
Custom-made, made-to-order and engraved pieces cannot be returned, exchanged, cancelled or refunded once the final design and specifications are approved.
